Downloads & Installation

Visit the Downloads page and click the appropriate button for your operating system (Windows or Linux). No account or registration is required to download. Simply run the installer once the download is complete and follow the on-screen instructions.

Our software currently supports Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 or later, and compatible Debian-based distributions). macOS support is not available at this time but is on our roadmap. Please contact us if you have specific platform requirements.

Yes. All our Windows installers are digitally signed with an Extended Validation (EV) code-signing certificate, which means Windows SmartScreen and most antivirus tools will recognise them as trusted. If you ever receive a security warning, please verify the certificate is issued to PureOrangeSoft Limited before proceeding.

First, ensure you have administrator rights on the machine. If the issue persists, try disabling any third-party antivirus temporarily during installation (re-enable it immediately after). If you still have trouble, contact our support team with a description of the error message and your operating system version — we'll resolve it quickly.

Licensing & Trials

Every product includes a 30-day fully featured free trial. No credit card or registration is required. You get access to all features from day one. When the trial expires, you'll be prompted to enter a licence key to continue using the software — your data is never affected.

Use the Contact page to request a licence for the product you need. We'll send you a quote and, once confirmed, issue your licence key by email. Licences are available as single-seat, multi-seat, or site-wide depending on the product.

Single-seat licences permit installation on one machine at a time. If you need to run the software on multiple machines simultaneously, multi-seat or site licences are available at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss the right option for your team.

Your data is always yours. If a licence expires, the software enters a read-only mode — you can still view and export your data, but you cannot create new records until the licence is renewed. We recommend renewing before expiry to avoid any interruption.

Support & Updates

You can reach our support team via the Contact page or by emailing support@pureorangesoft.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Clients on a priority support plan receive same-day responses.

Yes — all updates within the same major version (e.g. v3.0 to v3.9) are free to existing licence holders. Major version upgrades (e.g. v3 to v4) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price rather than full price. We will always notify you in advance before any paid upgrade is required.

Simply download the latest installer from the Downloads page and run it over your existing installation. Your settings and data will be preserved. Some products also include a built-in update checker that will notify you when a new version is available.

Yes. For business-critical deployments we offer formal SLA agreements with defined response and resolution times. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll put together a proposal.

It depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline of the project. After an initial scoping conversation we provide a detailed, fixed-price quote wherever possible. We're transparent about what's included and what isn't, so there are no surprises. Small projects can start from a few hundred pounds; larger systems are priced accordingly.

Timescales vary by project. A simple tool or automation script might take one to two weeks; a full business application could take several months. We agree a clear timeline with milestones before we start, and we keep you updated throughout. We won't over-promise on delivery dates.
